This offer includes several individual sessions in which you are supported and accompanied in your personal development process. It is aimed at people who are confronted with difficult situations in their lives - be it in the family environment, in personal matters or in their inner experiences. At the same time, it is also intended for those who feel a need for further development, want to get to know themselves on a deeper level and have the desire to explore and deepen their being.
Each session is individually adapted to your needs and goals. Methods of mindfulness, systematic therapy, breathwork and energy work are used, among others.
Evening course in mindfulness meditation:
In the group setting, you will gain an insight into the techniques of mindfulness meditation, and everyday topics such as dealing with stress, feelings and thoughts are discussed and suggestions are made for dealing with them. Scientific findings on the individual topics are also part of the course.
Evening course Meet yourself with mindfulness:
In a group setting, various mediations and exercises are carried out that increase self-awareness. The focus is on how you deal with yourself and the effects that this has. You come into contact with your inner strength and can experience what it feels like to be completely at one with yourself.
